Help, where are 3D models in God of War 3?

I unpacked all WAD files and PSARCH archives, i found only DDS and XVAG, and some icons in the PNG format and where the 3D models? In WAD files i found the HEX editor of a lines - MDL_ and MAT_; And what is the files in the .TS format ?
