How to open gfx files from pure game?

gfx is scaleform graphic files.They are simple swf files.
try to hex edit first 3 bytes to CWS and change the extension to swf and you can see them as flash files.
Of course you can see them by GFXMediaPlayer if you have Scaleform SDK.

something cannot find thereof the sdk
with this change in the hex editor nothing gives

i have i hope last question:
is some good swf decompiler for free?
i downloaded flash decompiler free version but not all files unwraps
for example i opened ControlOptions.gfx renamed to swf but not all files opened
was some error

I don't know any free one but I use Sothink SWF Decompiler and its awesome.
