Noesis couldn't display these files . I got an error When imported these files as obj . 3ds max says , " vertex coordinate too big adjust object-scale " .

If you cant open this, i believe have fail in first extraction.
Try extract again.

the v1.2 give you:
- The latest names from the GoogleDOC page --> https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... eHc#gid=27 (- 04/10/2012 - 04:05 AM - GTM+2-)
- Support now: Characters, Stages and DLC
This tool will rename all unknown model names from extracted files of DOA5 by an updated list of real names.
You just need to put the .bat file in the folder corresponding to the type of files you have extracted from DOA5 (Characters, Stages or DLC)

@chrrox, I notice some hairs have normal textures, but your doa5_360.py script set those normal textures to Specular Textures, I change the code, but it maybe has problem with other part, can you check that?

And can you set the alpha to transparency in the script? So after exporting fbx, we don't need manually set transparency. I know the body also has alpha, but break connection in maya is easy, and that's just a few objects.

Right now I'm stuck getting past the game's file checksum.
It be nice if someone with knowledge with disassembly could have a look.

Is there any way to get the correct normal maps for the bodies and the faces (the game seems to use 2 maps blended according the sweat of the fighters)??
