It is a 1024(W) * 512(H) DTX3(DTX5) image
and the data offset start from 0x28
You mush be doing something wrong!

i did put the right height and width into the headers like the attached file.
and only the dtx1 headers can make the dds be available.
i have tried other dds headers but no one can be open
