pcs files in KOF XIII

I have got kof xiii pc version
and I want to edit pcs files and lua files also
I want to make changes on characters
I think you understand what I want
new faces, themes and like this
but especialy editing pcs files
I need it very much

but its not avilable for pc to buy
so what should I do

just wait for the console version to come out soon then you can come back and post about that after you buy a copy and rip the files.
