How to open or convert fontimage.bar? [Kingdom Hearts]

Hi I have extracted Some files from Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix using "Falo's dumper tool", now I'm trying to open fontimage.bar file that is located export/msg/jp folder and I can't find any help on the internet I search on Google and I couldn't find any help, can anybody help me opening or converting this file.

I'm sorry but inside there is only HEX bases if you would to try you can use thee program written by KKDF2

But other bar and other type of bar use ti have at their inside the font and the command graphics =D
