Some math in quickbms

My desired expression: total = (numFiles - 1) * 12

I wrote

Code: Select all

math total = numFiles
math total -= 1
math total *= 12
Although it works, is this the only way to do math operations?

In my original BMS (or MexScript) it is indeed.
