perhaps my low knowledge on webdeveopment cause i ask this qustion ...

since i migrated to another city and currently i can't access to adsl from my home ...
i have to use internet cafes , but i am concern that when i login from varios places security system ban me for having various IPs ...
is this a problem ?
also in the case i use a usb simcard reader in future ?
