sorry for bump I really dont want to see this get buried when you guys are so close to finishing it.

Anyway I decided that im willing to pay to get this completed so if anyone is interested in trying to figure out how to edit the file and do it successfully we can discuss payment which im sorry if this breaks forums rules I looked them over and hadn't noticed anything that doesn't say I cant do this.

There will be 3 things I will need to be done,
one is edit the mesh and have the textures view properly ingame on the edited mesh
two is being able to edit animations which is a totally different file but that im not worried about right now
three is being able to edit whether or not something is ambient or not in the .det file

"python sanae.py sample.det" in cmd.
When I click on a cmd file.. it display like this.

What do you think the trouble is?

Try "sanae.py sample.det" normally without the python. I am not sure how environment variables work but one of them usually works.

I'm a total noob, I don't understand what I have to do?

Blender script is very buggy don't bother using it.

So, how am i going to do this?

After clicking cmd still nothing happens, still they don't work.

Maybe I will write a noesis plugin of whatever I had found when I have time, since python and command-line seem to be difficult to learn...

You're already in the python commandline.
You need to start normal windows cmd and then type: python sanae.py sample.det

You might also need to add your path to sanae.py and sample.det to something like this:
c:\games\path\path\sanae.py
c:\games\path\path2\sample.det
