How can I decompress this file? It looks encrypted to me.

when you open the files in a hex editor and they start with 0f f5 12 your tool is xbdecompress.exe (the one of the Xbox SDK)

Hmm i see directories in hex editor after the xbdecompress. I think they're still compressed? or maybe not
