Again just use the MiniBNK manager. Its designed specifically to open TDU2 BNK's.. any bnk's all bnk's.. Doesnt matter if its Game models, Game textures, sound effects or music. They ALL work exactly the same.. Just... Load bnk, unpack, edit file, Repack.
