My friend ripped models from hatsune miku: project diva but needs a program to convert .igb files to any 3d format file..

That works great but that's for the PS3 version. What he's trying to convert are the PSP models.
IGB are the model format used in the PSP version that much I know but I have had no success in finding a way to convert them.
Perhaps the topic creator should post example files.
