Here's the first, test version of my DV2 packer.
Updated! Now you can use this prog for .DV2 extraction too.

Extraction worked, however it does not give an error message when the destination directory does not exist - also, it might be a good idea to auto-create it (but that would require changing the parameter order to directory as the last so it can be optional).

PS. there is some funny business in the appearance of the command line window - a window in a window kind of anomaly - try extracting Patch.dv2 (Dragon Knight Saga 1.02) on Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64.

Now I just need to find out the "Gamebryo File Format, Version 20.3.0.9" for .XML and .KF...
