Hello!
Does anyone know how to unpack and then pack the
.dat files in the PC version of the game R.U.S.E. ?

Ubisoft Entertainment has updated the R.U.S.E. forums with word that there won't be any mod or map tools for the game.

I tried with offzip and the extraction works great, but all the data are massive and strange, look the graphics are DDS but headerless no idea what it's the audio maybe ogg or some dpcm? the movies are WMV formats
A extractor/bms will be nice to see what's inside..
