Did you try doing a search for either of those 2 games?

Resident Evil Outbreak, if memory serves, has a topic here somewhere with some progress.

MGS3 has almost no progress unfortunatly.
But I do have topic on it.

but i'm search RE OB extract for a week,but no luck for me
i already found a tool to import model/texture,all i need now is the file to unpack the DAT file3
i can't host here now cause the file is over 1GB
