Can I play plants vs zombies on USB device?

Said as title.I am crazy about Plants vs Zombies recently,is it possible to play it in USB.
Any help will be appreciated.

It depends on the setup, plug in your usb and install there, if no other file are stored outside the answer will be yes, but if savegames for example are in my documents folder or simillar then...

Well what are the risks of playing without installing the game on USB device? is it harmful for computer or the USB as well?
