Nope. I recommend setting up a batch file that invokes Noesis as many times as you need.
Everytime noesis starts up it has to go through the whole initialization sequence.
Is there a way to make it so that noesis doesn't close automatically after it finishes exporting so that it can start reading other files immediately?

Nope. Initialization time in commandline mode should be fairly trivial though. Removing plugins and scripts you don't need might help startup time if you're seeing it take a while.

Mr. Adults,
Amazing work with Noesis. I've said it before, but I literally use your program every day. Thank you so much.
I'm wondering if you might find the time to examine the gmd and ttgl files from Ninja Gaiden 3. Noesis works so well with the gmd files from Ninja Gaiden 2. Also, I asked a while back about the possibility of making Noesis compatible Lost Planet 2 files. It works wonderfully with Lost Planet files of the same file extension. If you've already answered this question and I missed your response, I apologize.
You can PM me if you need more information. If these things are not items you will be able to find time to work on, I will completely understand and I will only remain greatful for everything you've already done.
Best regards,
dragbody

could you possibly add brres support? it would make it a lot easier with games like Resident evil that don't have a centralized archive and that need to be shuffled back and forth between noesis and brresviewer

What an amazing program, you have saved me so much time creating new assets, thank you
![Satisfied :]](./images/smilies/%5Bcolon%5D%5D.gif)
I have been trying to convert some new assets I have created and having some problems converting .FBX files (exported from LW9.6) to Q1 MDL format. Noesis can view the FBX files fine but when I convert them to MDL format I get various UV errors. (I checked the MDL file in noesis) I am not sure where to send any example files or if you want anymore details. PM if you want some example files.
Thanks

No, I don't currently plan to support any additional current/next-gen titles in Noesis.

I would guess you're trying to convert models which extend beyond a 0,1 UV range, which the MDL format doesn't support.

I asked this question just a few posts up and it looks like the answer is no.

more detailed report:
-when clicking on Crisis Core ISO, it says it might be exportable but does not export nothing
-when clicking on Crisis Core package (discimg.pkg) gives error message: file could not be previewed
-when clicking on MEtroid Prime .pak files, it creates a lot of folders and files but no models usable by Noesis.
could this be the fault of game edition (PAL, NTSC)?

Noesis supports data extraction on a variety of filesystems with the .iso extension, but generally only proprietary stuff because I saw no point in putting forth the effort due to the existing wide base of support for those generic filesystems. PSP images generally use a generic filesystem like ISO9660 and can be extracted with anything that has general ISO support. I use WinRAR.
Devilot wrote:when clicking on Crisis Core package (discimg.pkg) gives error message: file could not be previewed
Works fine for me, I just extracted it with the latest Noesis. You need to have discimg.fse and discimg.pkg in the same directory.
Devilot wrote:when clicking on MEtroid Prime .pak files, it creates a lot of folders and files but no models usable by Noesis.
Well that's just misleading, Noesis not supporting archive contents doesn't mean the extraction is broken. Sounds like the extraction is working fine. I just never got around to writing support for the various MP games' models+textures into Noesis. Which anyone with coding ability could do via plugins because the MP viewer revelation worked on a while ago is opensource.

AH ok. FFX iso works fine, tho.
I did not know about the .fse file, that is probably why it won't work.
ah, sorry about the MP games. I thought that extraction meant also visualization (wasn't there also a pic on your main page of some MP models?). my bad. thanks for the support.

Yeah, FFX has a proprietary filesystem on top of the standard ISO 13346 UDF. Noesis extracts the proprietary filesystem part.

can noesis read the iso file? or should the data be extracted first? and how?
I have doax2 iso should I extract data first? which tool to use? thanks
