[PC]Encrypted files *.dat

I don't know the encryped algorithmic ，but i know the file is encrypted file,its original format TXT.
I try to use script to decrypt,but I failed.(3des.bms、aes.bms、blowfish.bms、des.bms、rc4.bms、xtea.bms)
Please help me to write script to decrypt and convert TXT files.
