SVR2010 PS2/PSP EDITING HOW?

the xbox version is easy as it has the roster in seperate.pac files but the psp and ps2 has all the characters in 4 files which are:
ch1.pac
ch2.pac
ch3.pac
chetc.pac
how do you replace the roster in this version?
