Do you agree with me devil may cry has been inspired from prince of persia ?
if we attention to these games we understand they are very similar !

it also depends on what you mean, its common for games of the same genre to have similar stories, gameplay, characters, music, etc.

i see no resemblance at all And if you look at the files both are .forge and ASSASINS CREED started with that format. If one games is similar to prince of persia it's assasins creed
