Can you create a landb convert tool that corresponds to "WDS1"?

Also, please attach the new extension geurigo file template, so please make a tool for it if possible.

Sorry to Bad English.. :[

Ps. Please use the attached " landb template " if necessary.Someone else tuned it into the 010 Editor.

WDS1 Landb Templet :

Hello, the program does not generate me the txt file from landb. I'm trying to translate the New Frontier.
I put the file ui_episode_english.landb in "input" but when I Auto(De)Packer: "Error. Please write me about this!"

AIC, just use last version from the my post and select "Landb .srt export". That works with all games.
GHOST DEAD, you may try find and change hex values in the .scene file.
GHOST DEAD, download last version of TTG Tools, i added support of all TTG games in one font editor.
xanger94, try select "Landb .srt export".

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I translated the first episode of "A New Frontier" but the game does not find the new language in the settings. These were my steps:

Code: Select all

ttarchext 61 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead - A New Frontier (Season 3)\archives\WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2" "C:\Users\Daniele\Desktop\TTG Tools\input"
with TTG Tools I extracted files txt from landb and I translated the env_*.txt file.
I put the txt file in to the TTG Tools input folder, I put in the input folder landb file renamed as English in Italian and I created new landb output file

Now I recreated a ttarch files, not ttarch2. I created the file with the command:

Code: Select all

ttarchext -b -x -V 8 61 c:\Users\Daniele\Desktop\0.ttarch "c:\Users\Daniele\Desktop\TTG TOOLS\output"
I copied the 0.ttarch files in archives but can not find my language, where am I wrong?

For compile ttarch2 files use:

Code: Select all

ttarchext.exe -o -b -V 8 61 ep1.ttarch2 ".\output"
Create file _resdesc_50_WalkingDead301.lua with content:

Code: Select all

local set = {}
set.name = "WalkingDead301"
set.setName = "WalkingDead301"
set.descriptionFilenameOverride = ""
set.logicalName = "<WalkingDead301>"
set.logicalDestination = "<>"
set.priority = 101
set.localDir = _currentDirectory
set.enableMode = "bootable"
set.version = "trunk"
set.descriptionPriority = 0
set.gameDataName = "WalkingDead301 Game Data"
set.gameDataPriority = 0
set.gameDataEnableMode = "constant"
set.localDirIncludeBase = true
set.localDirRecurse = false
set.localDirIncludeOnly = nil
set.localDirExclude =
{
    "Packaging/",
    "_dev/"
}
set.gameDataArchives =
{
    _currentDirectory .. "ep1.ttarch2",
    _currentDirectory .. "WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_anichore.ttarch2",
    _currentDirectory .. "WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_data.ttarch2",
    _currentDirectory .. "WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_ms.ttarch2",
    _currentDirectory .. "WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_txmesh.ttarch2",
    _currentDirectory .. "WD3_pc_WalkingDead301_voice.ttarch2"
}
RegisterSetDescription(set)
and compile them:

Code: Select all

ttarchext -o -e 0 61 _resdesc_50_WalkingDead301.lua .\
Copy both files to game folder.

I tried it and I did not find the language, I'm pretty sure That I'm wrong in the creation of landb files...
Once the txt files are extracted and translated, how I recreate the landb archive?

Thanks

xanger94: Don't rename the .landb files!!! Test: put the translated .landb files to the game archives folder.

quckly: Do you plan to upgrade the TTG Tols for Batman and TWD S3 .d3dtx files?
