No need, buddy :) Thanks for the explanation and that offer.
I can create a plain new texture with needed characters. Font already done.

---------------

Btw. Can please someone tell me how to decrypt Tales from the Borderlands's _resdesc .lua files? Those defined for each archive. I need to create an installation of a localization, but it won't work for every versions of the game. I need to create plain new archive with edited files and new .lua file to tell the game I want it to primary use my ttarch2 archive.

I downloaded a russian localization by quckly for Tales from the Borderlands whre it is exatly how I'd want it to. But how to edit these .lua? I tried to decrypt it with ttarchext, but it won't decrypt all of it. Just partly.

This is what I get after ttarchext decryption using command (the ZIP archive contains both encrypted and decrypted files)
ttarchext.exe <gamenum> ...\source.lua "...\output"
_resdesc_50_PC_LOC_Menu_01.zip
How and what do I need to change?
Thank you.

Try this Version

You can edit all version of font in this version
this tool has a some problem with unicode in landb files, so edit landb files in older version
and if you'll get a problem in every time, just text a massage.
Hi. It seems like this version is unable to decrypt/encrypt TWD A New Frontier's d3dtx files (d3dtx>dds or the other way around) at all. :(

Thank you. Now it encrypt, but all the .DDS textures are pitch black. In TTG Tools it seems like it can't recognize texture format.

Thank you for reply. I was using this version tho. Tried it again with this specific one of yours, but result is the same.

I unpack ttarch2 archive using ttarchext included in TTG Tools by quickly (the one in this TTG Tools compelet edition does not have TWD A New Frontier game number).

Put exported .d3dtx files in input folder in TTG Tools Compelet Edtion together with that Fix.d3dtx 'halfway' send me in previous reply.

And this is the result:

Am I doing something wrong?

Ye, it does not work even with fix.d3dtx.

And Telltale explorer does not support The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. It's not in the list there and it says Decompression error upon trying to open The Walking Dead Season 3 ttarch2 file.
