Bumping this with some LZR files taken from RPK.BIN. The compression is a familiar routine but I just can't seem to get anything to work with it.
These are from Atelier Iris, a directly related game.

no, doesn't seem LZR.
I have spent various time using LZRDecompress on various blocks at the beginning without success.

The LZR format has already been cracked.
