How can i see and edit .bin file format

I have 2 .bin file format models i wanna view and edit them but im not sure about how can i do that :/
Probably compressed data after the 020201010000 sequence.
Though there's repeated sequences like 76947694769476947694769476947694769476947694 6 times,
so dunno...
