Looney Tunes Dash! xml and fmlb files

Hello i have a mobile videogame called Looney Tunes Dash! the game is maded by east sleep and publised by zynga that game is maded with Fuel Engine that engine is not public on google that is sofware company. the levels is on assets levels folder and use xml file
the 3d models use .fmlb file that format is of Fuel but Fuel no on goolgle only of company
i need a script to work with xml files and fmlb of game import and export
i post the xml and fmlb files.
ANDROIDtex is the textures on .webp format
Containers if you descompress and go to binary is the mesh file formats on .fmlb
Levels is the xml files

I have my doubts that someone will code an obj to .fmlb converter.

yes but i need exporter and the importer dont have animations and UVS
