Cookie Run for Kakao CDN Directory text

I am wondering if anyone here is interested in looking into the Cookie Run for Kakao CDN directory text. Many people are interested in having an English patch for the game and we have already figured out a way to encrypt and decrypt the in-game text, making translation work very much possible. However, a proxy and a remade index is needed as the game will redownload text assets with different hashes.
The game holds several CDN (Content Delivery Network) directories for the files, but they are encrypted. These URLs provide asset urls to individual assets as well as assigning their hashes
The files are located at these URLs:
Android: https://kakao.devscdn.com/download/index/10.00_a (this one is considered more important as Android is more accessible)
iOS: https://kakao.devscdn.com/download/index/10.00_i
