they are ktx 20, when i try to extract with crunch nothing happens while pvrtextool can't read the file

That's basis universal format with zstd compressed RDO UASTC textures. You can convert them to some readable format with native basis tool, though not sure which output format would be correct in this case.

thanks, however the textures for the most part are just different channels, i was able to extract the car body textures
