Converter or tools for extract Tom Clancy's Rainbow6 Vegas?

Hi,
I'm looking for a converter or tools to extract Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas meshes aswell as their textures. Is there a program for that??
If so where can i find it??
Let me know if i need to post some files incase neccecery
