Watch Dogs Legion (models)

Watch Dogs Legion (models tool).
Currently supports all except few static & skeletal models.
skeletons:
vertex colors:
vehicles:
Only about 10 models not supported out of 20000 (they have additional special data). These are a few masks, drone and 2 big dogs.
