Need help understanding Kenka Banchou 4's PAC0.BIN, PAC1.BIN, PAC2.BIN
Im thinking about rom hacking Kenka Banchou 4 but I need help understanding where the games primary files are. I think they may be in PAC0.BIN, PAC1.BIN, PAC2.BIN but I cant open them to examine them. Can someone tell me what these files contain.

You can see the content of those files using hex editor like Hex Workshop.
