Monster hunter 3rd - pmo archives

I need help to edit mh3rd portable .pmo I have pmo.py from mhff but I have no idea what to do with it. Please help!

I use this programs

https://github.com/svanheulen/mhff

I saw that python or java is needed but I don't really know what to do, please HELP

psdta: it doesn't matter if it's blender or noesis, I only want Open the file.

It's a python script for blender. Learn how to install scripts for blender - there's no way around and there's dozens of posts on many sites where they explain how to do it.

Some .py scripts don't need to be installed - they just can be run in a blender text window.
The magic key is ALT-P (executes the text as a python script).
