I didn't know then that Noesis had Vec3.lerp and Quat.slerp.
After a long time decided to take a look at my first plugin.
Apart from the incorrect spherical linear interpolation. I made a mistake in parsing the name "curve" because of which all the bones with a space in the name did not receive a matrix.

Now all animations play correctly.
It remains to solve the problem with the positioning of the mesh.
