Help with strange file extract

Can someone extract the file, I can't deal with it:

In the header you have string "NullsoftInst" which indicates
it was compilled by NSIS.

You can get tool's source here https://sourceforge.net/p/nsis/code/HEAD/tree/
and figure out the way it saves executables.
