Shapekeys Help Needed (Alice Gear Aegis)

I've been trying to export models from a game call Alice Gear Aegis

The face have no center bone and have 4 armatures, seem to be shapekeys, however i have no idea how to join them together, i would like some help or directions point me toward a solution for this
