Are most people texturing with the maps manually or using some form of script? Kind of hard to tell where certain maps go

Does anyone else have issues with textures missing when extracting?

ex: "owen-torso-color.tga" is completely missing from the files, though the rest of the files are there for him.

Also "world-watchtower-dict.pak" will not extract at all

anyone have any idea why?

Owen torso color is in World Watchtower Dict, as for the error of extract, I don't get error with it... :/

Owen torso color is in World Watchtower Dict, as for the error of extract, I don't get error with it... :/
Are you by chance on the discord? I'm not sure why I am getting it to be honest :( :[

Hard to tell?
There's a generated text file for each model which tells exactly which textures are used for each part and how.

Hey daemon, any chance for supporting levels/maps as a whole, just like in the Uncharted 4 tool? :D For now your tool can only extract level/map (static)objects individually.

Has anyone rigged the model with FK or IK?
I finally imported the SMD files but have no idea where to start regarding creating control or pickers to begin animating her face and torso.

the models come with the full set of bones and facial bones. there shouldn't be any issue rigging it with basic IK. ofc you may have to change the hierarchy to make sure you only IK the main bones. the facial rig is an entirely different beast, i guess. you may have to re-rig the face to use a limited set of control or you have to use the full set and eventually create "groups" of controls or use mocap data to feed the rig enough data for the load of facial bones. yep

Rules permitted, would someone mind uploading and pm'ing an SMD animation?

I'd like to see how they come out on my character rig.

No issues if this is against the rules.
