Megaman X7/Legacy Collection 2 model extraction

Hello every one! Do you guys know some method to extract Megaman X7 models with they original rig and animations? every thing is in the .EMI files.
The Megaman X Legacy Collection also have Megaman X7 and the same files,but in a new file extension .arc
Do you guys know some information about how to rip these models?
