Final Fantasy VII Remake Demo (PS4)

The demo is out and the files too, the model files seem to be compressed or encrypted but the sound files are not (or so it looks like), anyone know what kind of container this is? can't extract it directly but I see file names and stuff inside:

That's Unreal Engine 4 asset files.

but does it actually contain sound files or did I pick the wrong kind of file?
