help me to identify compression

help me with this, I packed small gif file
only thing I know is that first word is file size

Could you tell us which application handles these compressed files?

yeah we need to know that lol.
And Oh Deniz nice to see ur back here once again after ur long depature lol.
Did you make these GIF files urself or did u just get them from something? as if there gifs then they will just be normal and shud just be able to be viewed anyways
