Ripping models from Vita Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth

Need help with ripping the 3D models and textures from this game. There is a resource folder where the data is and inside is .psp2.mvgl format and .mp4(thought it was video format but not playing so idk). Any help with extract these files would be amazing. Thanks so much!
