The FX4 files definetly contain a spritesheet of some sort. The graphic inside should look like:
If they don't contain a palette I will assume they use an outside palette. Or somthing O_o

I know these for certain to be a kind of spritesheet type format. Each of these FX4s are with a MBD (Not sure)
