Evil Zone/Eretzvaju Model Exports

Has anyone figured out how to export the 3d models used in the PSX game Evil Zone? I've stumbled across some PAC files that I think contain what I need but nothing I can find online has worked, since most programs are built for modern PACs.

Here's a link to the PAC files I extracted if anyone fancies a crack at them, I stuck them in Google Drive because it's easier to update if I find anything;
