About unicode, the strings are extracted properly, the difficulty is displaying them. Any web browser should be able to display it properly, its just a matter of figuring out how to indicate you're displaying unicode not regular text.

EDIT: Try this
replace the line in transStr16:
s += struct.pack("h", xor16(a,p))
with this:
s += "&#" + str(xor16(a,p))

If you are using lambda's code, do this fix, and when opening the file in your web browser it should display the text in its original korean

You will first need to install Python (http://www.python.org)
put the dump.py file in the same directory as your data.wz (possibly backup the data.wz and run it in a separate folder)
double click on dump.py and it should run for a while (read: 1 - 3+ hours depending on your comp speed) and it will create a directory called dump.

to edit the file like i said, open the dump.py in any text editor, just make sure you keep all the spacing correct.

I did the fix you asked for; however, the text appeared to be the same as when I extracted a while ago.
