Can anyone of you decrypt this file/help to found the way to decrypting this file,please?

But if I change smth in this file,its size enormously changes,does it mean what file is encrypted?merlinsvk wrote:This one is not encrypted. Use UnityEX to export/import that file

This archive is compressed. But, what did you change? I tried to rewrite some values in cards.txt and size got even smaller (147kB). And what version of UnityEX did you use?
