PS3 cache data *.idx *.dat

Hey,

Is there any way to extract PS3 cache data from /dev_hdd1? *.idx should contain file names but I have no idea how to obtain that. Any ideas?

1. Install CFW to your console (http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=56205)
2. Install FTP
3. Download/Insert files
