tex in dds

help me please.
I have files TEX of those of the game CSR2
However, the bms script does not convert them into dds.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

if this is from a mobile game best try PVRTexTool to convert it to usable format. :)

PVRTexTool swears at these files and does not open.
I did not just attach an example of the texture.
