need help extracting models

Hi i need some help getting these models
http://www.mediafire.com/download/nvpf5 ... models.rar i tried to extract them but i can't seem to get anything, can anyone help me extract these models? also is it possible to extract bones or skinned models?

thank you the vb was the only thing i couldn't figure out, and yeah it was hcea
