PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale Vita .CSKN

In the Vita version of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, the PSARCs are completely unencrypted, and the models use a MODL header like in the beta.

chrrox's old Noesis script isn't working on them though. Can anyone figure out how to read them? Here's some samples:

Format seems simple though im not sure how to split down the mesh into groups just yet. Any character model samples?

There's a Total Commander script for PSARCS. It doesn't work on the PS3 version, but it works on the Vita version.
