phyre format

hi guys ! i'm new here and i searched a lot before posting on this forum because i need your help on this.
i have a *.*.gcm.phyre archive and i need to extract it .
i tried with shakotay2's method but i can use it only for a phyre archive with one or wo dds. the problem is that this one containt (~312 dds files).
i'm trying to translate the game to arabic and this file containt all the texts i need so if you can help me that will be great ^^
ps : sorry for my english :p

I can't remember what "method" that should have been. :D

helped my self with your tutorial to understand the core of the file with all your post i found a solution to extract dds from phyre :D.
open in hexa
extract only the code of the picture
open in texture finder
save the picture
open in photoshop and modify it
save to dds format shown on the header with dds plugin
upress the ne header and reinject the hexa it worked for me :p

ps: yeah this one when you talk about extract dds :D
