Hopefully this thread is still up and about.

So I really enjoy 3d printing, and am working on an Abyss Watcher costume, could anyone help me with obtaining models from the abyss watchers? the file type that my 3d printer uses is .stl, but I could convert from .3ds.

I would very much appreciate the help!

made a Noesis python script to open your Demon's Souls tpf texture file samples :D

Any chance for Dempn's Souls models script? Idk where found - old links not work (file deleted, 404)

it says for X360 but it looks like it will work with the PS3 tpf files too

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if there is a max script to import the Dark Souls 2 characters inside max? I was able to get to the c6191.bnd and c6191.texbnd files I was looking for and then further unpacked them (see image bellow) by using the Bindertools 0.3 on the original Dark Souls II (GameDataEbl.bdt).

However, when I run zaramot's Dark Souls III ms nothing shows up, although there are files inside that folder that match the extension you have there:

Am I doing something wrong?

You need maxscript for Dark Souls 2 not 3, though I didn't post update for Dark Souls 2 with correct bones. So, if you want some model to be converted, you could upload it here, I will convert it with correct bones (need all. hkx files which comes with this model, inside one of them there are bones) or you could use maxscript for Dark Souls 2 (not 3) and get models, but without correct bones

Thank you so much for your help!

Truth be told I don't need bones or rig. All I need is an obj (or .max or .maya) file and possibly the textures as well.

This is what I got thus far:

the original c6191.bnd and c6191.texbnd extracted from the GameDataEbl.bdt of Dark Souls 2 (original release)

As well as all the files further unpacked with BinderTools as shown in the image above.

sorry I should do all the dark souls 2 models there is not a better solution?

You need all models from DS2?! Sure, there's an other solution, for this I need to edit my sript for DS2 PC version a bit

I cannot thank you enough man! I actually able to import through your old ms ds2 script but I was missing a lot of stuff plus none of the textures worked nor were they in sync with the uvs. You probably edited your script no? How did you do this so fast :(

I can provide the contents of the entire folder if you want to pursue this quest of having all the models from the game. Either that or, if you wish to tweak your script in order to wide the compatibility or so I can keep testing it as I am going to need more characters in the future so I'd be glad to test it as much as you want.

Yeah, I have modified script I posted earlier, not finished though, models in Dark Sould, unfortunatelly disapointed me. Don't like the design and proportions, not for my taste, so I lost interest. Though, if you people need models from DS2 PC much I could finish it, not too long and not to hard. Just post some characters extracted, with theit .hkx files too.
