Autodesk stingray plugin

Hello i have downloaded Autodesk stingray 2016.I have a request could anyone please create a plugin for autodesk stingray.I want to import Naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 4 files.all of the model,animation,vfx files have .xfbin as file extension.so please anyone help me regarding this matter
